SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Sanser Art Studio! All of our products are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. This means we do not hold pre-made inventory, and your item is printed specifically for you once your order is placed.
Please review our shipping timelines and details below.
1. PRODUCTION VS. SHIPPING TIME
Every order goes through two phases before arriving at your door:
- PRODUCTION TIME (FULFILLMENT): It takes 2 to 5 business days for our print-on-demand partners to print, quality-check, and package your custom art prints and products.
- SHIPPING TIME (TRANSIT): Once printed, your order is handed over to a carrier (such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS). Standard shipping within the USA typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
TOTAL ESTIMATED DELIVERY: You can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 12 business days from the date of purchase.
2. LOCAL PRODUCTION & SHIPPING FEES
To minimize our carbon footprint and speed up delivery times, our print-on-demand partners use an intelligent network of over 100 local print hubs. Your order will automatically be routed to and printed at the facility closest to your US shipping address.
Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your cart.
3. MULTIPLE PACKAGES / SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If you order different types of products (for example, a framed poster and a canvas print), they may be produced at different specialized print facilities. Because of this, your items may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package in your order.
4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order ships, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status online after receiving the email.
5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & MISSING DELIVERIES
- ADDRESS ERRORS: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to the printing facility due to an address error, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
- MARKED AS DELIVERED: If your tracking status states that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, your local mail carrier, or your building’s front desk. Sanser Art Studio is not responsible for packages stolen or lost after a verified delivery confirmation by the carrier.
